Empower participants to turn ideas into functional MVPs in just two days, using generative AI, no-code/low-code tools, and rapid prototyping techniques. A hands-on experience blending creativity, execution, and real value.

DAY 1 – From Idea to Prototype

09:00 – 09:45 | Kick-off & Vibe Culture

• What is Vibe Coding? What are we building?

• Showcase of a product built in 48h

• Ground rules: speed, collaboration, AI-first

09:45 – 11:15 | AI-Powered Ideation & Value Framing

• Generate ideas using ChatGPT + prompting

• Score based on value vs effort

• Select the problem and sketch the solution

11:30 – 13:00 | Technical Setup & First Build

• Create backend (Airtable / Xano)

• Build UI using Softr / Glide / Framer

• Connect data and create base navigation flows

13:00 – 14:00 | Lunch

14:00 – 15:30 | AI-Assisted Prototyping

• Build interface using Uizard or Figma AI

• Add logic (forms, filters, scoring)

• Generate content: texts, images, responses via AI

15:45 – 17:30 | Automations & Microservices

• Set up flows with Make, Zapier or n8n

• Integrate processes (alerts, emails, PDFs, etc.)

• Test with real or dummy data

17:30 – 18:00 | Wrap-up Day 1

• Showcase progress

• Peer feedback

• Set priorities for Day 2

🛠️ DAY 2 – Final MVP, Embedded AI & Demo

09:00 – 10:30 | Deep Dive: Embedded AI

• Add AI copilots (ChatGPT API, Voiceflow, etc.)

• Use prompt engineering and conditional logic

• Validate flows with real inputs

10:30 – 12:30 | Polish & Prepare for Release

• User validation (internal or external)

• UI improvement for mobile/responsiveness

• Final adjustments before launch

12:30 – 13:30 | Lunch

13:30 – 15:30 | Pitch Prep & Product Storytelling

• Create pitch with Gamma, Pitch.com or Tome

• AI-generated documentation

• Organize live demo or demo video

15:30 – 17:30 | Demo Day & Feedback

• Each team presents their product (5 mins)

• Votes: Best Product / Most Original / Most Market-Ready

• Technical + business feedback

17:30 – 18:00 | Closing & Next Steps
