Hugo de Sousa
Hugo de Sousa is a specialist in corporate innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data, with a diverse and impactful career. He has served as Head of Innovation at Capita Plc (London) and BearingPoint (UKI), Head of Digital Transformation at Turismo de Portugal, among other prominent organizations, working across various industries.
He is a Professor of Innovation at Bayes Business School - City University of London, Nova SBE Executive Education, and other renowned universities. Professionally, he is the founder of an AI company, Mars Shot - Redefining Limits, helping organizations thrive through transformation and AI-Driven innovation. He also led the WeHelpUkraine.org volunteer project, which was supported by the President of the Portuguese Republic.

Professor Miguel Mira da Silva
Full Professor of Information Systems at Técnico and coordinator of the Master's in Information and Enterprise Systems (MISE), he also leads the “Digital Transformation” research unit at INOV INESC Inovação.
He has extensive professional experience, having founded five companies and been involved in the development of several new businesses, in addition to leading numerous scientific projects, both at the European and national levels.He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow and a master's degree in management (Sloan Fellowship) from the London Business School.
